Objective of the position:
Drive data-driven strategic decision making across Daimler Truck Mexico by integrating business intelligence, market intelligence, advanced analytics and customer insights across the commercial vehicle lifecycle (Trucks, Parts, Services and Used Trucks). Collect, analyze and translate quantitative and qualitative information into actionable insights, forecasts, competitive and customer profiles, and strategic recommendations. Lead analytics and research initiatives that support product planning, sales, aftersales, dealer development, pricing, go-to-market strategy and customer-centric business solutions, using data science, big data and visualization tools.

Experience in automotive/commercial vehicles, BI, marrket research, data analytics, forecasting and predictive modeling.

Main Functions:
- -Lead market intelligence and competitive benchmarking by collecting and analyzing economic, industry, customer and competitor information to identify opportunities, risks and emerging trends.
- -Develop business insights, forecasts and predictive models to support strategic planning, product portfolio, sales, aftersales, pricing, dealer development and go-to-market decisions.
- -Design and maintain advanced analytics, dashboards, data visualizations and predictive solutions to improve performance monitoring and decision making.
- -Analyze truck concentration, customer segments and geographic potential to identify underserved markets and growth opportunities for trucks, parts and services.
- -Conduct and coordinate market research with internal stakeholders and third parties to support product introductions, portfolio optimization, pricing and customer experience improvements.
- Present strategic insights, business cases and competitive intelligence to management forums, committees, dealer network and cross-functional teams to enable aligned decisions.
