Member Services – SH19 Wellness Facility

Compensation $16.00 - $18.00/hour

Full-time and Part-time positions available.

About Us:

SH19 is an extension of The Stovall House, offering a racquet, social, and wellness based recreational amenities to all active members. Offerings include 5 pickleball courts, 2 padel courts, 3 cold plunges, 2 saunas, 1 mineral soak, a fitness center, snack bar and a retail/pro shop. 

We are seeking highly skilled and proactive individuals to deliver and maintain the highest level of hospitality for our members. This role requires welcoming and serving members with efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism, both in person and over the phone. The primary objective is to ensure a memorable and responsive experience for all members and guests. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every member or guest with courtesy and urgency; complete check-in process for each scheduled booking

• Assist members with future bookings for group fitness classes, personal training, and recovery sessions

• Perform routine retail inventory checks; process charges for retail sales, package all purchases neatly

• Assist with daily cleaning and maintenance of Wellness equipment

• Respond to all member calls, messages, emails, requests, or concerns in a timely and courteous manner

• Stay Informed of the club’s current programming and promotions to provide accurate information to members

• Support event setup and takedown, ensuring facilities meet event requirements

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent member experience

• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Highly motivated and experienced individual with experience in a similar role

• Confident communicator, both oral and written, with exceptional interpersonal skills

• Professional and welcoming demeanor

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and within a timely manner

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Proficient in reservation booking systems 

• Ability to work on a flexible schedule including day shifts, evening shifts, holidays, and weekends

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a standing position and walk for long periods of time

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times

• Comfortable with working outdoors in different weather conditions as needed
