Use pioneering defect detection equipment and processes to fix and solve issues. Accelerate cycles of learning and technology transfer in Technology Development. Use defect detection equipment applications and data analysis skills to identify and solve process issues. Collaborate with engineers in process integration, process development, data science, and yield analysis within and outside Technology Development. Responsible to support experimentation, data analysis, baseline health metrics, and systematic and random defect improvement through partnering with others in Research and Development and High-Volume Manufacturing. Working on critical line issues and presenting findings to peers and senior management on a daily to weekly basis.
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires:
1\. Process anomalies, root cause analysis, data manipulation, and correlations;
2\. Data Science and Data Manipulation (scripting, coding, or programming);
3\. Semiconductor fabrication techniques;
4\. Metrology or inspection (SEM, X-ray, Laser or Optical Systems);
5\. Statistical process control (SPC), and Design of Experiments (DOE);
6\. Process Development for identifying and resolving defect integration issues; and
7\. Data analysis using Klarity, Yield3, jmp, eBeam Inspection methods, defect reduction analysis and ADC Modeling techniques.
