Management-Side Labor & Employment Associate Attorney
Toledo, OH | $100,000–$115,000/year
Advise and represent employers across employment counseling, workplace investigations, and state and federal litigation. You’ll handle matters involving employment agreements, compliance, employee relations, discrimination, wage and hour issues, restrictive covenants, and traditional labor disputes.

What You’ll Do
• Counsel employers on federal, state, and local employment laws
• Draft and negotiate employment and separation agreements
• Handle employment litigation, agency proceedings, and arbitrations
• Conduct workplace investigations
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage discovery, caseloads, and litigation deadlines
What You’ll Need
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Ohio Bar admission in good standing or ability to waive in
• 3+ years of management-side labor and employment experience
• Experience with both employment litigation and counseling
• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and client service skills
