Outpatient Ortho Physical Therapist Highlights:
- Work in a large outpatient clinic for a 450+ bed Non-Profit Hospital
- Work with a 100% Orthopedic / Sports Med caseload
- Join a team of 15 other PTs in this one clinic, 120 therapists across the campus

- 1:1 Patient Care with each visit lasting 45-60 minutes.
- See 1 patient per hour, no double-booking or dovetailing

Benefits for a Physical Therapist:
- $104,000 to $165,000 - pay based on years of experience
- Clinical Ladder with 3-Tiers, each tier offering a 3% increase in compensation

About the Physical Therapist Position:

- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Physical Therapy required
- An active California PT license or the ability to obtain one
- Experience working with an Orthopedic / Sports Med caseload preferred
- Desire to treat patients 1:1, spending an hour with each patient
