The Opportunity

11 North Aesthetics, an established luxury med spa on Amelia Island with 168 five-star reviews, is inviting a physician to practice within our clinic. This is an opportunity for a dermatologist, plastic surgeon, facial plastic surgeon or aesthetic medicine physician to see patients in a polished, fully equipped setting, without the cost, time and risk of building a practice from the ground up.

We welcome physicians seeking a full-time role, and equally welcome those who want a part-time presence on Amelia Island. You may be looking for a dedicated site to see patients one or more days a week, to complement an existing practice elsewhere, or to build your aesthetic and wellness work gradually. Aesthetic Medicine

• Provide physician-level aesthetic care, including advanced neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments
• Conduct consultations and develop comprehensive treatment plans for your patients

Medical Wellness

• Offer medical wellness services within your scope and expertise, such as hormone optimization, medical weight loss, GLP-1 therapy or peptide therapy

• Build and grow your own patient following within a practice that already attracts a loyal clientele
• Deliver the five-star, personalized experience 11 North patients expect
• Collaborate with the existing clinical team to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care, including continuity for your patients on days you are not on-site

Qualifications

Required

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Florida medical license
• Active DEA registration, or the ability to obtain one before start
• Experience in aesthetic medicine, with a strong command of facial anatomy and complication management
• A commitment to patient safety, natural results and an elevated patient experience

Preferred

• Board certification or board eligibility in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery or Facial Plastic Surgery. Physicians from other specialties with substantial aesthetic medicine experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in hormone optimization, metabolic health, medical weight loss, GLP-1 therapy or functional medicine
• An existing patient following in Northeast Florida

Arrangement and Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday through Friday, daytime hours. No weekends, no nights and zero on-call.
• Part-Time: One or more recurring weekdays, daytime hours, no call.

Compensation

11 North Aesthetics offers a competitive, individually structured compensation package based on physician qualifications, specialty, experience, schedule, and clinical responsibilities.

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and structured in accordance with applicable Florida healthcare regulations.
