This role
We're looking for a Head of Employee Experience to own how our people feel when we gather — from the moment they walk through our doors to the moments that define our culture such as team celebrations and off-sites. This is a senior leadership role with broad scope: you'll oversee a global office portfolio, lead internal and external events. If you thrive on tangible operations and the intangibles of culture, and you get equal satisfaction from negotiating a lease and launching a brand campaign, this role was built for you.
