  • Own the related close processes, including review of material journal entries, account reconciliations, reserves, standard costs, inventory valuation, capital expenditures, depreciation, and asset retirements or disposals.
  • Analyze operating results, significant estimates, and accounting judgments; identify risks and recommend actions to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Divisions, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and other stakeholders to maintain ownership and understanding of key inventory, product costing, and fixed asset accounting processes.

  • Partner with the Global Internal Controls team and internal and external auditors; lead timely remediation of identified control design or execution gaps, including action plans, control creation, evidence development, and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize processes and controls, improve sustainability, and reduce the risk of control failure across global operations.
  • Develop and deliver training to reinforce consistent understanding and application of accounting requirements, controls, policies, and documentation expectations.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
