- Hours: Monday – Friday; 7 AM-3:30 PM.

Responsibilities of the Role:
Knowledge:
- High School.
- Basic Lean principles.
Experience:
- Saw operating experience; 6 months to 1 year.
Skills:
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Running a Hyd-Mech saw.
- Material handling.
- Measurement with calipers and tape measure.
- Machine operation and maintenance.
- Forklift operation.
- Troubleshoot small issues and make corrections.
- Produces quality.
Attitude:
- Workflow optimization.
- Desire to learn & improve.
- Small incremental improvements.
- Engaged in their work.
- Accepts overtime and additional duties willingly.
- Can-do attitude – willing to assist in other tasks as directed.
