The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing?

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for inspiring, coaching, and supporting a team of customer service professionals while ensuring operational excellence and outstanding customer experience.

🔹 Lead the day-to-day performance, engagement, and attendance management of your team
🔹 Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance reviews
🔹 Drive achievement of KPIs, quality standards, and operational targets
🔹 Identify performance gaps and create development plans for continuous improvement
🔹 Support escalations and provide guidance on complex customer situations
🔹 Conduct engaging team meetings and foster a positive team environment
🔹 Motivate employees and recognize achievements to drive engagement
🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client expectations

👤 What We're Looking For

✅ German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2)
✅ Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or People Manager
✅ Strong coaching and performance management skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
✅ Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
✅ Passion for leading, motivating, and developing people
✅ Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment

✅ Availability to work 100% onSite
