Job Overview
The Nurse Trainer Staff will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for medical staff, specifically nurses, within Sozo Skin. This role ensures all nursing personnel are proficient in clinical procedures, product knowledge, and service standards. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in staff competency and patient care quality.
Your Day-to-Day
- Develop and update training modules and materials for new and existing nursing staff, focusing on medical procedures and product applications.
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for nurses.
- Assess the competency of nursing staff through evaluations and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with medical and operations teams to identify training needs and integrate best practices into curricula.
- Maintain accurate records of all training activities, attendance, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, medical advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure training content remains current and compliant.
Who We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
- +3 years of experience in a clinical nursing role, with at least 1 year in a training or educational capacity.
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, patient care, and aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in creating training materials using presentation software (e.g., Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Ability to assess learning needs and adapt training methods to diverse audiences.
