How can you make an impact?
Responsible for creating user-centered designs enhancing the functionality, usability, and overall experience of digital products. Develops wireframes and prototypes, collaborate with cross functional teams, and ensure designs align with business goals and user needs.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
What You'll Do:
- Develops user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, ensuring alignment with product requirements and legal requirements.
- Assists in user research and performs usability testing; utilizes research and testing results to create design iterations.
- Creates and maintains design systems and documentation for consistency across products.
- Actively collaborates with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions.
- Stays abreast the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Promotes design guidelines and best practices.
What You Bring:
- Experience in a user experience design role.
- Possesses a wide-ranging portfolio of digital products, including web and mobile.
- Full understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Solid experience utilizing UX software.
- Experience with advanced prototyping tools; ability to understand code preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in web accessibility guidelines.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The pay range for this position is between $97,200-$112,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
