Heartline Staffing is recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a long-term care / skilled nursing assignment in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania. Four openings are currently available.

TRAVEL CONTRACT AT A GLANCE

Gross Weekly Pay: $1,115

Taxable Rate: $11.00/hour

Weekly Travel Stipend: $675

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Location: Hollidaysburg, PA

Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing

The $675 weekly travel stipend is tax-free for eligible travelers who meet applicable tax-home and IRS requirements.

THE ASSIGNMENT

Provide direct resident care within a long-term care / skilled nursing environment while supporting resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Certified Nursing Assistants assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. CNAs also take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output and provide mobility, transfer, repositioning, and ambulation assistance.

Additional responsibilities include observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or mental condition, maintaining accurate documentation and charting, supporting infection-control and safety procedures, assisting with meal setup and hydration monitoring, and maintaining clean and safe resident environments.

CNAs provide compassionate emotional support, respond promptly to resident needs and call lights, assist with restorative and rehabilitation programs as directed, follow established care plans and facility procedures, and communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Valid and current CNA certification REQUIRED
• 1–2 years of current/recent CNA experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility REQUIRED
• Current BLS or CPR certification REQUIRED
• COVID-19 vaccination or applicable exemption REQUIRED WHERE APPLICABLE
• Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation REQUIRED
• Ability to accurately take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output REQUIRED
• Ability to observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition REQUIRED
• Ability to follow resident care plans, infection-control procedures, safety requirements, and facility policies REQUIRED
