What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential HVAC systems
- Helping homeowners make smart decisions about their comfort
- Providing honest recommendations and outstanding customer service
- Working alongside experienced technicians who support one another
- Taking pride in doing the job right the first time
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA certification required
- Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Someone who's dependable, motivated, and takes pride in their work
