Position Summary

Student Success Coaches are committed members of a collaborative school team that is closing the opportunity gap for students through proactive, responsive, and data-informed behavioral and social-emotional support. A Prodeo Academy Student Success Coach is intensely focused on each student’s growth and success and responds to student needs in a loving, structured manner rooted in trauma-informed and restorative practices, while maintaining high expectations for behavior and learning.
