RN Supervisor – Westside Health Center (Family Practice & OBGYN) | Cherry Health
The RN Supervisor at Cherry Health’s Westside Health Center provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for the Family Practice and OBGYN departments. This role is ideal for an experienced OB nurse leader who thrives in a dynamic ambulatory care environment and is passionate about developing newer staff while maintaining strong clinical standards.
Reporting directly to site leadership, the RN Supervisor oversees a growing team of 7 RNs, 8 Medical Assistants. With many newer team members, this leader will play a key role in redeveloping and strengthening the team—fostering mentorship, accountability, and a culture of clinical excellence.

The RN Supervisor ensures annual competencies, vaccine management compliance, clinical training support, performance oversight, and appropriate staffing coverage, while also remaining actively engaged in patient care workflows when needed.
