The Role You Could Play

- Deliver forecasting, reporting and scenario modelling that improves revenue, optimises margins and supports business growth
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning, systems and commercial finance processes
What You Will Bring:
You are a commercially minded and collaborative finance professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights and building strong relationships across the business. Ideally, you will bring:

- Proven experience or exposure analysing loyalty program performance and customer data to inform commercial decisions
- A degree in Commerce, Finance or a related discipline, with strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and analytical capabilities.
- Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, influence decisions and communicate financial insights clearly.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience in TM1, Tableau, SQL or other data visualisation and planning tools highly regarded.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities and a passion for continuous improvement.
