The Department of Kinesiology & Physical Education is inviting applications to teach a course in Winter 2027.  Please complete the online application form and upload required documents. Applications will be ranked according to the collective agreement between McGill University and the MCLIU. Preference will be given to the qualified applicant with the most priority points.

Salary:  $11,824/course


Course Description:

Provides hands-on skills and training required to work as a kinesiologist. Focus is placed on risk assessment, fitness evaluation methods, collection and interpretation of client data and individualized physical fitness prescription. Lecture and practical lab hours included.

This course is not Team Taught or offered online.


Teaching Qualification Requirements:
Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate degree (PhD applicants in Kinesiology or related field of study will be prioritized)


Experience: 3-5 Years of experience teaching at a University level'

Practical experience in Physical Fitness Evaluation.

Practical experience in lab work or using Fitenss evaluation equipment.


Other: FKQ and/or CSEP is a positive addition to the application
