As an Mixologist, you will:

Pay: $12 per hour plus tips | Shift: Thursday - Saturday, 6PM - 2AM

•  

  Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Develop and recommend specialty cocktails and beverage offerings.
• Provide outstanding guest service and beverage recommendations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, mixers, ingredients, and beverage trends.
• Verify guest age and comply with all alcohol service laws and regulations.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and exercise responsible beverage service practices.
• Process guest orders accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all bar areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking.
• Follow all company policies related to safety, sanitation, cash handling, and workplace conduct.
• Other duties as assigned
• Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines 
• Promotes casino events and programs 
• Resolves service problems according to guidelines 
• Slices and pits fruit as required 
• Operates and maintains all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of bartending experience preferred.
• Valid alcohol service certification or ability to obtain certification as required.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must be 21 years of age 
• Count money and change correctly 
• Read, write legibly, understand and speak English 

STARTING SALARY

$12 per hour plus tips
