Key Responsibilities:

• ⚡ Lead deployment, performance, and reliability of AI agents in live healthcare environments
• 🌍 Architect and scale full-stack systems integrating with health records, legacy platforms, and real-time voice systems
• 💡 Develop technical strategies for customer-facing solutions, translating client needs into scalable architectures
• ⚡ Mentor engineering staff and establish standards for code quality, testing, security, and compliance with industry regulations
• 🌍 Identify systemic workflow issues and design high-impact technical solutions

Technical Challenges:

• Generative AI at scale: Design and run systems with language models ensuring safety, alignment, and real-time monitoring at enterprise scale
• Real-time voice systems: Build ultra-low-latency infrastructure supporting thousands of concurrent calls with 99.99% uptime
• Healthcare system fragmentation: Create resilient abstraction layers across APIs and legacy systems, maintaining security and compliance
• Personalized AI experiences: Develop adaptive models that remember patient context, personalize tone and flow, and mimic human conversations

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years designing, building, and scaling reliable production systems
• Strong full-stack skills with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL, plus good system design instincts
• High ownership, proactive in ambiguous situations, responsible for outcomes
• Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities, with clear communication of technical decisions
• Passionate about owning complex systems, solving tough problems, and collaborating closely with customers and teams
