As a Services Professional - ARMO Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and promote HSE compliance across all ARMO operations, including monthly inspections, hazard hunts, and emergency/fire drills.
- Supervise ARMO workshop technicians and ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of workshop activities.
- Oversee ESP equipment bench testing, inspection, and quality assurance for pumps, motors, seals, sensors, and Y-Tools.
- Manage cable shop operations, including new cable inspection, used cable testing, spooling, fault finding, Hi-Pot testing, and cable splicing activities.
- ESP equipment disassembly for DIFA activities
- Act as the focal point between ARMO and Operations to ensure equipment readiness and execution of ESP installation schedules in line with rig demand.
- Monitor and manage pulled equipment tracking, utilization, inspection status.
- Coordinate equipment repair to ensure timely turnaround.
- Manage workshop equipment calibration, recertification, and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
- Support scrap identification, segregation, documentation, and disposal of ESP equipment, cables, sensors, and related assets.
- Ensure equipment quality, reliability, and availability to support uninterrupted operations and minimize Non-Productive Time (NPT).
- Maintain accurate and timely updates within AMO Work Center, ARMO systems, and other operational tracking tools.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Have a minimum 5 years of experience in Artificial Lift Operations.
- Have strong experience in Artificial Lift Systems.
- Have a strong knowledge of ESP equipment, workshop operations, cable systems, equipment testing, failure analysis, and asset management.
