SPA Receptionist
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend daily briefings and debrief.
- Operate the telephone switchboard to attend incoming, outgoing and internal calls.
- Ensure guests receive all information concerning Spa programs and prices.
- Ensure therapists receive all updated information about treatments and guests.
- Give relevant and up-to-date information to guests.
- Report any spa issues to management.
- Handle all guest and family members’ queries politely and with understanding.
- Ensure a good quality of service as per standards and that guests are satisfied.
- Prepare guests’ bills and receive payment before checkout.
- Liaise with Spa Manager for product orders and monitor the spa shop, replenishing when necessary.
Qualification & Skills
- Qualifications: HSC
- Experience: Client’s oriented experience and 1 year in the above position
- Personal Qualities: Organisational Skills, Planning and good communication
- Additional Skill required: Computer skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint), numerical skills and basic knowledge of Hotel Operations.
