Celtic Property Management is seeking a highly qualified, self-motivated, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Reserve at Westpark, located in the rapidly growing city of Buckeye, Arizona.
We're not your typical apartment community! The Reserve at Westpark consists of 692 residential homes, offering a unique and fast-paced maintenance environment.
You'll join an established six-member maintenance team, including the Maintenance Supervisor, where teamwork, accountability, and getting the job done right matter every day.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
- Handle general carpentry, drywall, painting, and residential maintenance.
- Complete work orders efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Perform home make-readies and prepare vacant homes for new residents.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to keep our community running smoothly.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in the on-call rotation.
- Work independently while supporting your fellow maintenance team members.
- Take ownership of your assignments and deliver exceptional resident service.
Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for experience, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
- Solid hands-on experience in residential or multifamily property maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
- Must have your own basic maintenance hand tools and be ready to use them.
- Self-starter who sees what needs to be done and takes action.
- Ability to prioritize work orders and manage time effectively.
- Dependable, punctual, professional, and accountable.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable working in Arizona's outdoor conditions.
- Willingness to participate in an emergency on-call rotation.
