We are looking to hire a Lead Patient Service Representative in Nampa at our Orthopedics clinic! This position will be located at 4424 East Flamingo. Just a few blocks south of I-84 and Garrity, families in Nampa and surrounding areas have access to the most advanced surgical and non-surgical treatments at this clinic. The clinic hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

As a Patient Service Representative at the Orthopedics clinic, you will play a significant part in creating a great experience for patients and their families! The Patient Service Representative will work in partnership with our physicians and clinical staff to take care of patients’ administrative needs. You will be responsible for checking in patients for appointments, collecting patient co-pays, answering telephones, taking accurate messages, scheduling appointments, and checking insurance eligibility. You will also need to be comfortable using our electronic medical record to update required information.
Our ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced work environment while providing a high quality customer service experience to our patients. He or she will also need to utilize excellent communication skills while communicating with patients and families and other colleagues. He or she will also have prior work experience in a medical setting. The ability to provide superior customer service will be essential in this position.
General Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience
- Basic understanding of the core Microsoft Suite offerings
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior work experience in a medical setting with exposure to medical terminology and terms
