What You Will Be Doing at Arrow? 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners. 

• Identify new business opportunities and create demand for Arrow products and solutions. 

• Promote Arrow's technology, engineering, and supply chain capabilities to customers. 

• Develop and execute account plans to grow sales, market share, and profitability. 

• Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and provide value-added solutions. 

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to support customer projects and opportunities. 

• Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and supplier offerings through ongoing training and development. 

Who Are We Looking For? 

• Technical educational background, such as a technical vocational training or a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology (IT), or a related technical field. 

• Significant experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related customer-facing role. 

• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders at all levels. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 

• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. 

• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. 

• Experience working within electronics distribution, manufacturing, or other technology-related industries is an advantage. 

• Fluent German and English, spoken and written. 

• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

The minimum salary for this position is €80,000 gross per year. A higher salary may be offered depending on experience and qualifications.
