Voor ons Sigma Service Center Rotterdam Zuid zijn wij op zoek naar een klantgerichte en enthousiaste Store Medewerker. Heb jij affiniteit met verf, bouwmaterialen of de professionele schildersbranche? Vind je het leuk om klanten te adviseren en ervoor te zorgen dat zij met de juiste producten én een goed gevoel de deur uit gaan? Dan komen we graag met je in contact.

Als Store Medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen Sigma en onze klanten. Je helpt professionele schilders, aannemers en particuliere klanten met deskundig advies en zorgt ervoor dat het service center er altijd verzorgd en uitnodigend uitziet.

Wat ga je doen?

• Klanten ontvangen en voorzien van passend product- en kleuradvies.
• Verkoop van verf, coatings, schildersbenodigdheden en aanverwante producten.
• Mengen van verfkleuren volgens specificaties.
• Verwerken van orders en bestellingen.
• Beheren van de voorraad en signaleren van tekorten.
• Zorgdragen voor een nette, veilige en representatieve winkelomgeving.
• Ondersteunen bij administratieve werkzaamheden en kassahandelingen.
• Opbouwen en onderhouden van goede klantrelaties.
• Samenwerken met collega's om de beste service te bieden.

Wie ben jij?

• Je hebt minimaal een mbo-opleiding afgerond.
• Ervaring in retail, verkoop, bouwmaterialen of de schildersbranche is een pré.
• Je bent klantgericht, vriendelijk en communicatief sterk.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht.
• Je bent commercieel ingesteld en ziet kansen om klanten verder te helpen.
• Je bent een echte teamspeler, maar kunt ook zelfstandig werken.
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed.
