Position Overview
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Manufacturing Process Engineer to support and optimize production operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and ensuring consistency and quality in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering activities related to manufacturing processes

Develop and execute trial plans for new materials
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and audit documentation
- Ensure process accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across production lines
- Qualify new materials and update specifications for product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take on additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- General knowledge of manufacturing processes, concepts, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently

Preferred:
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with SolidWorks
- Understanding of industry standards such as ASME, ASTM, and ANSI
