Seasonal Food & Beverage Assistant – Inner Hebrides

We’re seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Food & Beverage Assistants to join us for the busy season. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hospitality experience while living in one of Scotland’s most remote and beautiful regions.
What you’ll be doing:

Welcoming guests and delivering warm, attentive service

Taking orders and serving food and drinks

Assisting behind the bar (training provided if needed)

Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of service areas

Working as part of a small, supportive team
What we’re looking for:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Great communication and people skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility with shifts, including evenings and weekends

Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential
