Description
The Project Superintendent is responsible for executing Ivey Mechanical’s safety plan on-site and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role works closely with the Project Manager to meet financial goals and maintain the project schedule. Responsibilities include quality control, problem-solving, and proactive communication to ensure efficient and accurate installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily job site reports
- Keep work areas clean, professional, and safe
- Manage and update a 3-week lookahead schedule
- Communicate potential delays to the Project Manager
- Build strong relationships with customers and inspectors
- Maintain accurate and professional as-built drawings
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively
