Position: Graphic DesignerCompany: Wingspan Life ResourcesWe are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Wingspan Life Resources. With over 47 years of experience, Wingspan is a leader in providing support and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to empower, support, and promote independence for the people we serve.As a Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to use your skills and creativity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. You will work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to develop and design visual concepts and materials that effectively communicate our mission and services to the community.Responsibilities:Create visually appealing and high-quality designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, web graphics, and event materialsCollaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand and messagingEnsure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all designsResearch and keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into designsCreate and maintain a library of design assets for future useWork on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlinesBe open to feedback and take direction to ensure designs meet the desired vision and objectivesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field2+ years of experience in graphic design (experience in a non-profit or social services organization is a plus)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and layoutExcellent time-management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamA strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and stylesA passion for creating impactful and meaningful designs that make a difference in the worldWorking at Wingspan:At Wingspan, we value diversity and inclusion and are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
