Job Overview
Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center. We have an opportunity for a Resource Navigator to join our team.

Responsibilities
The Resource Navigator is responsible for providing clerical support for the Care Management team, assisting the team with problem-solving and facilitating inpatient and outpatient care. This position proactively addresses potential or actual transportation and lodging needs as identified by the interdisciplinary team. The Resource Navigator assists patients and families with navigating and accessing external resources, support systems, and information by telephone or in person. This position assists families to navigate internal resources by supporting the telephone triage process.

Education
High School diploma required
Skills
Customer support in a pediatric medical setting preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Medical Terminology preferred
Experience in a customer support or administrative role preferred
Other
Current full Covid-19 vaccination status required.
