Role Summary:

Experienced Team Lead to oversee the automation and project delivery of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) initiatives within our Identity & Access Management (IAM) program. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and enhancing user lifecycle management through strategic automation and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead a team of analysts in delivering IGA automation and project initiatives.
• Define and drive the roadmap for IGA automation aligned with IAM strategy and business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Project Delivery

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IGA-related projects including onboarding/offboarding automation, access reviews, role-based access control (RBAC), and policy enforcement.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Automation & Engineering

• Design and implement automation workflows for identity lifecycle management, access provisioning/deprovisioning, and certification processes.
• Work with IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity) and integrate with enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, HRMS, ITSM).
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of automation solutions.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure IGA processes comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Support periodic access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain documentation and evidence for audit and compliance purposes.

Team Development

• Mentor and coach team members to build technical and project management capabilities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IAM/IGA, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project delivery role.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, RBAC, access certification, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, REST APIs).
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred:

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM) and modern DevSecOps practices.
