Talent Manager

We are looking for an experienced Talent Manager to help BAYZ find, build and retain the best content creators of the NFT Gaming Space. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong relationship with them and help the creators to have the best support. To excel as Talent Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and Managing Creators. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to helping them find success with BAYZ. Responsibilities Determine current staffing needs and produce forecastsDevelop content creators acquisition strategies and hiring plansLead employment branding initiativesMaintain long-lasting relationships with brands, influencers and media owners;Participate in the development of a recruiting strategy - and execute the ideas and objectives, in line with BAYZ’s thoughts;Identify future talents and promising names;Be able to work with other teams to identify and ensure needs and future needs of partners and brand;Ensure monthly deliverables from Creators for both individual content and Brand Deals.Regular meetings with content creators to get briefings and demands.Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)Take steps to ensure positive candidate experienceUse metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement Requirements Proven experience as talent manager or correlated gaming area.Proficient in the use of social mediasWillingness to understand the duties and competencies of different rolesExcellent communicatorWell-organizedEntertainment industry knowledge. (Plus: Marketing and Social Media knowledge)Ability to network and maintain professional relationships.A leader and strategic thinker
