Veterinary Urgent Care – Tucson, AZ
An expanding veterinary practice is seeking a Veterinarian with an interest in urgent and same-day care medicine to join a fast-paced clinical environment focused on providing timely treatment for companion animals. This opportunity is well suited for clinicians who enjoy hands-on procedures, dynamic caseloads, and collaborative team settings while building advanced clinical skills in urgent care medicine. Key Responsibilities

Provide timely medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients presenting with urgent medical conditions

Perform routine urgent procedures, minor surgical interventions, and stabilization care as appropriate

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards

Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding treatment plans, recommendations, and follow-up care

Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care

Contribute to a positive team environment focused on patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement
Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Active veterinary license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain licensure

Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and patient-care skills

Interest in urgent care medicine, procedural work, and collaborative clinical practice
