About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing projects and cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on planning, execution, risk management, and timely delivery.

You will work closely with teams including Game Development, Art, Design, QA, Product, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through successful delivery.

• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, and overall project health.

• Identify and proactively manage project risks, blockers, and dependencies.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and accountability across teams.

• Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives where required.

• Maintain clear communication between teams, stakeholders, and management.

• Manage changing priorities while keeping projects aligned with business objectives.

• Escalate critical risks, delays, and resource-related issues to relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare regular project status reports and updates for management.

• Track project KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

• Improve project management processes, workflows, and team efficiency.

• Ensure projects remain within agreed scope, timelines, and quality expectations.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Project Management, preferably in mobile gaming, game development, software, or technology companies.

• Proven experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.

• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk-management skills.

• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience managing projects through sprint-based development cycles.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certification is a plus.
