Responsibilities

The Opportunity

 

As a result of the recent Labor Reform, PepsiCo is launching the Cash Management Initiative, a strategic program aimed at eliminating bank visits by Sales Representatives through the implementation of in-house cash management solutions at Distribution Centers (DCs). This initiative is expected to generate approximately 2.5 hours of cost avoidance per salesperson per week, while improving operational efficiency, cash handling, and compliance.

 

Given the scale and complexity of the program, a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) resource is required to lead the end-to-end execution across approximately 195 Distribution Centers (DCs) thoroughout the 2026-2028 implementation period. The program will begin with a (PoC) in 10 DCs during 2026, with the objective of validating the operating model and enabling a phased deployment across the remaining network.

 

 

Your Impact

 

As Cash Management Transformation Lead your scope would consist of …

 

Act as PMO will be responsible for coordinating all project phases, including civil works, infrastructure readiness, stakeholder management, treasury and banking process integration, vendor coordination, governance, risk management, and implementation tracking. This role will ensure standardization, timely execution, cross-functional alignment, and successful deployment across all locations while minimizing operational risks and ensuring business continuity.

Lead the end-to-end planning, governance, and execution of the Cash Management initiative across approximately 195 DistributionCenters (DCs).

Management of large investment and budget

Create and maintain cross-departmental relationshipss to enable leadership success.

Direct Manager of Cash Management,  ensuring strategic outcomes and value realization.

Responsible for main KPIs (operative & financial) for the value realization of the Cash Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively escalating critical issues and proposing mitigation plans.

Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training coordination, and adoption of new operating processes.

 

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For? 

 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Transformation, or Operations.
• Experience working with functional leadership
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly present data, context and implications to senior business leaders.
• Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and execution capabilities.
• English: Fluent
• Ability to influence
• Master degree desirable
• Strongly developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization and planning skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Ability to diffuse work conflict without bringing it to the attention of the executive leader using strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence
• Excellent analytical skills & Strategic mindset.
• Knowledge of construction and infrastructure projects (civil works) is a plus.
• Experience with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or similar) is preferred.
