Technical Demonstrator

The Technical Demonstrator is responsible for providing dedicated support to the MSO Repair Hub, delivering technical training, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting expertise on a day-to-day basis. Acting as the primary technical liaison, this role ensures operational excellence, supports capability development, and drives adherence to service standards within the repair environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to the MSO Repair Hub, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues and operational challenges.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to repair technicians, management teams, and other stakeholders.
• Design and facilitate technical training programmes to enhance repair capability, technical competency, and product knowledge.
• Diagnose, investigate, and resolve complex technical issues, escalating where appropriate and following through to resolution.
• Act as the subject matter expert for products, repair processes, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Support the implementation of new products, repair procedures, and technical initiatives within the repair hub.
• Monitor technical performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in repair quality and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with internal teams and MSO partners to ensure technical standards, service levels, and contractual obligations are consistently achieved.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, training materials, troubleshooting guides, and process updates.
• Gather feedback from technicians and stakeholders to identify training requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Support audits, quality reviews, and compliance activities as required.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer and partner stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to service delivery.
