Manufacturing Project Coordinator

I have a client in Sanford, FL, seeking a Manufacturing Project Coordinator. This role supports manufacturing projects from order through completion, coordinating with customers, engineering, drafting, fabrication, and production. The ideal candidate will have project coordination experience with some technical or estimating background and be comfortable communicating directly with customers.

This position will track project timelines, coordinate internal teams, maintain project documentation, assist with estimating and quoting, provide customer updates, and help resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle. A strong understanding of drawings, manufacturing processes, or how products are built is a plus. This is a contract-to-potential-permanent position that must be worked fully on-site. 

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of project coordination experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication and organizational skills
• Technical, estimating, quoting, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities
