Summary: Support program management and technology transfer agreement activities.

Key Duties

• Assist with drafting/staffing of CRADAs, TSAs, and related agreements; support negotiations and educational programs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts degree + 3 years of contracts or program management experience (Government or private sector).
• Aviation/R&D experience desirable.
