As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a financial institution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while maintaining a visible presence. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations through required reporting channels.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and traffic flow while maintaining a professional presence in a busy public-facing environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
