Position Summary:
Consumer Technology's Business Operations, Portfolio Governance, and Initiatives (BOPGI) team is seeking a strategic analyst who can transform operational, financial, portfolio, and workforce data into actionable insights that drive executive decision-making and business outcomes. This Business Intelligence Governance role will leverage modern analytics, automation, visualization, and AI-enabled capabilities to identify trends, assess risks, improve performance, uncover efficiency opportunities, and support organizational modernization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise, and knowledge of Global Technology processes, tools and platforms to translate complex data into clear recommendations and measurable actions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights
- Support executive decision-making through clear analysis and recommendations
- Create executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and visualizations using modern tools
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing portfolio, financial, and operational insights
- Leverage analytics, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and business performance
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs, processes, and organizational effectiveness
- Translate business needs into scalable analytics and reporting solutions
- Support executive, regulatory, risk, compliance, and audit requests with timely, accurate analysis
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in business management, analytics, portfolio management, PMO, or a related discipline
- Skilled in Bank of America data manipulation and analysis tools: advanced Excel/PowerQuery, Tableau, Alteryx, other Business Intelligence platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing/shifting priorities and solve complex problems
- Builds relationships and influence people in changing organizations and cross-functional constructs
- Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, with executive leadership, peers, and business partners
- Analyzes complex data/processes and identify people, process, and/or technology impacts
Desired Qualifications:
- SharePoint development, administration, or automation experience
- Creates executive-level presentations, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools, automation, and analytics capabilities to improve decision-making and operational effectiveness
- Proficiency in financial management and business acumen
- Knowledge of Bank of America Enterprise Change Policy and Standards and Global Technology processes preferred
