The opportunity
Are you passionate about leading technical teams and delivering complex customer projects? As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating technical activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery while working closely with project managers, engineers, customers, and other stakeholders.
In this role, you will combine technical leadership, project coordination, and customer engagement to drive project execution from planning through installation, testing, and handover. How you'll make an impact
- Support project planning and execution activities in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Coordinate technical teams and align project requirements across stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication with customers throughout project execution.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure project activities comply with company processes, quality standards, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Coordinate installation, testing, verification, and commissioning activities.
- Lead the preparation and management of technical project documentation.
- Ensure successful project handover, including final documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and support technical team members and fellow Technical Leads.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience leading technical teams in customer-facing project environments.
- Experience coordinating project execution, installation, testing, or commissioning activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical risks and issues.
- Knowledge of quality, safety, and cybersecurity practices within project delivery environments.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
