A key part of the role involves preparing and reviewing insurance documentation, monitoring reinsurance arrangements, supporting claims settlements, and producing reports that help clients make informed decisions. You'll also contribute to maintaining regulatory and solvency requirements while helping to deliver a consistent, high-quality service experience for clients.
You may also:

- Support board meetings through the preparation of board packs, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor reinsurance recoveries and work with reinsurers to obtain outstanding amounts.
- Produce insurance accounts, underwriting statistics, and other management information.
