Overview

To maintain all flooring surfaces (Carpeted, vinyl, rubber, or ceramic) in accordance with the standard procedures of the Environmental Services Department

Demonstrates ability to remove and apply floor finishes, sealers, and ceramic coating according to set standards of quality and appearance.Monitors floor maintenance staff on quality, performance standards, compliance, training, and instruction.Observes and complies with all departmental and Hospital policies and procedures.Responsible for floor care programs.

Salary Range

The compensation range for this position is $15.45per hour - $25.03per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
