Vos missions :

Au sein du Département Flex, vous apportez un support administratif au Service.

Dans ce cadre, vos principales responsabilités seront :

• Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers traités (mise à jour, classement, reporting)

• Veiller à la conformité et à la qualité des informations encodées

Votre profil :

• Étudiant(e) en enseignement supérieur ou en fin d’études supérieures

• À l’aise avec les tâches administratives et les environnements structurés

• Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et attentif(ve) aux détails

• À l’aise avec des tâches répétitives et un volume de travail soutenu

• Bonne maîtrise de l’outil informatique, des applications Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), vous êtes rapidement à l’aise avec les applications spécifiques au métier
