OCM Manager

Mission Overview:

As a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions, you will be part of a dynamic project team focused on supporting the coordination of activities for a new platform rollout (SAP4I with Salesforce integration). Your role will ensure that all business teams impacted by this change are fully prepared and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including another OCM Manager, project sponsors, and department heads. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating the preparation for the rollout of a new platform and organizational model with different business departments and project leads.
• Facilitating sessions on alignment of processes, procedures, organization, and roles.
• Executing the change plan, which includes:
• Organizing and facilitating kick-off sessions.
• Creating and managing internal communication.
• Leading the change agent network.
• Gathering feedback through internal surveys and translating this into actionable plans.
• Organizing training for all impacted internal users.
• Arranging demo sessions and preparing trainers for training.
• Ensuring support mechanisms are set up for post Go-Live support.
• Producing and maintaining accurate project schedules.
• Preparing monthly progress reports.
• Coordinating with key Project Managers to align Go-Live planning and manage risks and dependencies.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of proven experience in leading projects/change management in an international environment.
• Team player with a straightforward, hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication and motivation skills.
• Cultural awareness and experience working across different teams, cultures, and nationalities.
• Fluent in English; good working knowledge of Dutch/French is an asset.
• Certification in Project Management and Change Management Methodology.
• Good understanding of business processes, technology landscape, new technologies, and industry standards.
• Experience using Prosci methodology; certification preferred.
• SAP4I integration or rollout experience is considered an advantage.
• Experience in the Insurance or Finance sector is preferred.
