Shift Schedules and Pay Rates :
Process Machine Operator
Pay: $25.40/hour and up
Shift Premium: $1.50/hour
Sign On Bonus: $1,500K
Shift Schedule: 4 Shift Rotation
- 4th Shift: Week Off
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Weekday Shifts: 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)
- Weekend Shifts: 12-hour shifts (off every other weekend)
Future Shift Schedule (2027):
Transition to 12 hour day or night fixed shifts (more will be discussed during the interview process)
Machine Operator (Team Member)
Pay: $24.10/hour and up
Sign On Bonus: $1,500K
Shift Schedule:
2nd Shift: Monday- Friday 2:30pm- 11pm
- Shift Premium: $2/hour
3rd Shift: Monday- Friday 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Shift Premium: $1.50/hour

Process Machine Operator
Description of Role: Responsible for product and machine changeovers, quality checks, cleaning-in-place (CIP), continuous improvement recommendations and assisting Production Coordinators and the Maintenance team when necessary.
What are we looking for?
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing role
Basic analytical and mathematical skills
Proficient using laptops, iPads, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)
Physical Requirements:
Can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)
Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping.
Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces.
Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours
Capable of working in hot, cold and wet conditions
Proficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical Degree or Certification
4+ years of experience in manufacturing
Food or beverage manufacturing experience
Experience with Weever software
Maintenance knowledge or capabilities
Forklift experience
What will be your key responsibilities?
Ensure operational efficiency, conformance to standards, product quality and drive continuous improvement
Responsible for the efficient production of quality products
Operate, monitor, and perform changeovers on machinery
Train and assist other associates as needed, supporting Production Coordinators and the Maintenance team
Conduct temperature checks, complete Critical Control Point (CCP) and Operational Prerequisite Program (OPRP) checks daily
Maintain accurate records of quality checks and keep detailed logbooks

Machine Operator (Team Member)
Description of Role:
Machine Operators (Team Members) function as an expert member of a manufacturing area team responsible for the efficient production of quality products.
What are we looking for?
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
1+ years’ experience in manufacturing
Proficiency in software systems including MS Office and e-mail
Physical Requirements:
Same as Process Machine Operator physical requirements, see above.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical degree or certifications
2+ years experience in a manufacturing setting operating a variety of machines
Ability to operate a forklift
Knowledge of inventory control principles
Experience with SAP or other warehouse management system
What will be your Key Responsibilities?
Performs activities and job tasks within a manufacturing line or area
Operates equipment and changeovers in a safe and efficient manner
Takes corrective actions in solving problems to root cause level
Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs, adjustments, and malfunction troubleshooting
Performs and/or works with Maintenance to complete equipment preventative maintenance (PM)
Performs quality control (QC) tasks such as metal checks, inspection of date codes, item numbers, dump logs, etc.
Maintain accurate records of quality check and keeps detailed logbooks
