Team Lead – Internal Opportunity

Location: Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, PC – Doylestown, PA

We are excited to announce an internal Team Lead opportunity for current team members serving in a Surgical Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, or Patient Care Coordinator role. The Team Lead is a dual-role opportunity that allows a team member to remain in their current position while taking on additional leadership and operational responsibilities to support the office, team, and Regional Administrative Manager.

The Team Lead serves as an onsite resource and point of contact for the practice. In addition to performing the responsibilities of their primary position, the Team Lead helps coordinate day-to-day office operations, supports team communication and issue resolution, assists with administrative needs and patient financial discussions as applicable, and partners closely with the Regional Administrative Manager to support the effective operation of the office.
