Focus on non-financial risk
As a Manager, you will lead client engagements that strengthen non-financial risk management, governance and controls across the financial services sector. - Hold a master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, law, risk management or another relevant field.
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in non-financial risk management, such as operational risk or conduct risk management from a bank, insurer, pension provider, asset manager or another financial institution.
- Have hands-on experience in non-financial risk management, including areas such as operational risk and incident management, risk and control assessments, internal control frameworks, governance and regulatory implementation. Have deep understanding of operational risk, conduct risk, and regulatory expectations.
- Have a strong understanding of control environment design and practical experience conducting operational risk and control assessments, including process, risk and control mapping. Can lead projects and communicate complex topics clearly to both specialists and senior stakeholders.
- Combine structured problem-solving with a pragmatic and commercially aware approach.
- Enjoy developing client relationships, collaborating across disciplines and helping colleagues grow.
Experience from consulting or financial services regulation is an advantage, but it is not a requirement. Professional fluency in English is required; Danish or another Nordic language would be beneficial.
Grow here. Go further.
As part of PwC, you will join a market success and a friendly workplace. Between the two trust emerges, careers develop, and you and your colleagues will create innovative solutions for the businesses and society that we are all a part of.
