The Business Data Analyst is responsible for taking large quantities of data and compile them into meaningful results, reports, and dashboards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while supporting business and client reporting needs.

Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Filter, validate, and "clean" data from multiple sources.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations based on data analysis.
- Monitor data for trends, inconsistencies, and potential issues, escalating findings when appropriate.
- Assist in identifying root causes for data discrepancies and reporting anomalies.
- Support the creation and maintenance of client-facing dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Interpret data and communicate findings to business stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Evaluate current data analysis processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to gather reporting requirements and develop meaningful reporting solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on technologies and processes that can improve data analysis functions.
- Provide Excel training and support for other employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
